Talking about myself has never been my strong suit - I would much rather let my cooking do the talking. Unfortunately for us, it is impossible to send a delicious plate of food through a screen. Nevertheless, it is only fair to share my culinary story, as it is composed of some of the best moments of my life and has brought me to where I am today.

My journey began as a young waiter at my uncle’s Argentinean steakhouse. What started off as a young man’s search for money, evolved into the discovery of combining flavors, creating dishes and uniting people. The turning point was when one of our line cooks failed to show up on a busy Friday evening. I volunteered and stepped up to complete the very difficult task ahead of us. I can still remember the adrenaline rush of flipping pans, the smell of smoke floating above you until it disappeared, my first burn and how proud I was of my newly acquired battle scar. It was then that I realized I wanted to cook professionally and decided to enroll into Culinary School.

After graduating from ICC (International Culinary Center in SOHO, NYC), my ambition and drive allowed me to swiftly move up the kitchen hierarchy. I had my first sous-chef position within the year, followed by receiving a Michelin Star and Michelin recommendation for Del Posto and Dinnertable, respectively. This led to some executive positions, many many pop-ups, several restaurant consultations and being a Lead Chef for the renowned caterer Pinch Food Design. The latest chapter in my career however, has been the most exciting: bringing my delicious food to the homes of New Yorkers. Whether it’s a private dinner, personalized cooking, or just meal prep nothing brings a bigger smile to my face than to hear how my food can brighten somebody’s day.
